We are committed to exceptional care for our patients. We also want to protect the health of our team and our clients by reducing their risk of viral exposure. We have therefore instigated the following measures for clients visiting the practice:

If you or a family member are isolating following a positive test, displaying potential Coronavirus like symptoms (cough/fever), have recently travelled from a high-risk country, or been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, we politely request that you DO NOT ATTEND the practice in person. Please arrange for a friend or relative to bring your pet to the clinic on your behalf and ensure you have let a member of the team know before allowing us to touch/admit your pet. 

When attending the clinic, we request, where possible, that only ONE person accompanies your pet and when in the building, please wear a face covering unless you are exempt.

We may have to restrict client numbers inside the building. If waiting outside the clinic area, please aim to sit or stand with a 2 meter distance between each other.
