Already registered with us? Use our short form to request a repeat of your pet’s prescription. One of our vets reviews every request, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect from the practice.
If your pet needs to be seen before our vet can prescribe, we’ll let you know straight away.
The fine print…
Under RCVS guidance, our vets need to have examined your pet recently before they can prescribe. That’s why we may ask to see your pet before authorising a repeat.
Pets on long-term treatment are likely to need a check-up every 3 months.
If your pet needs an examination, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. There’s a standard consultation charge for this, which is free for our health plan members.
We aim to review your request within the day, with everything ready to collect from the practice within two days.
There may be limits on how much we can supply in one go.
If you prefer, we can give you a written prescription instead. There’s a charge for this unless you’re a Family Member, when it’s included in your health plan.
