Reassurance for You and Your Pet
Our dedicated and experienced team do everything we can to ensure your pet’s procedure runs smoothly and achieves the best possible outcome. However, we understand that unforeseen challenges can sometimes arise. If they do, please know we are here to support you and your pet every step of the way.
What’s Included in Your Fixed Price
All pain relief (analgesia) for a two-week period
Post-operative examination fees related to the condition for two weeks
Post-operative in-house cytology for suspected infections
Repeat tests under sedation or anaesthesia if initial results were insufficient
Repeat surgery under sedation or anaesthesia if an initial procedure was not successful due to unsuitable technique or medication
Care for clipper rash or skin irritation due to the clipping itself
What’s Not Included
Any issues arising from non-compliance with discharge instructions (e.g. if your pet interferes with the wound or dressings, or if medication is not administered as prescribed)
Medication to help with behaviour changes such as restlessness or anxiety
Further medication (e.g. antibiotics) needed for post-operative infections
Culture and sensitivity testing carried out by external laboratories
Post-operative sedation for additional wound management or suture removal
Additional hospitalisation for wound management
