Client experience manager

Chloe started working at PetPeople while completing her degree in veterinary physiotherapy, and has since stepped into a rewarding lead role developing the client care team. 

She grew up surrounded by dogs, horses and, at one point, two goats. Bringing them all to London wasn't feasible, but she more than makes up for it with puppy cuddles at work.

At home, Chloe's happy place is being wrapped in a heated blanket with a book. She also loves running, ice skating, horse riding and teaching herself to code (very unseriously). On the food front, she would choose a cheeky Nando's over any formal three-course meal, with Tony's Chocolonely as her sweet treat.
