Tom graduated from the University of Surrey in 2024, having completed a clinical placement at St George's Hospital NHS Trust in London. He applied to join PetPeople straight after graduating and hasn't looked back.

The family dog is Aria, a seven-year-old Staffy cross and the first dog they've ever had. She has zero recall, unless food or tennis balls are involved, and is, by all accounts, the best.

Outside work, Tom is training for the London Marathon 2026 and enjoys group cycling sessions (firmly not zone 2). On the food front, it has to be a Pizza Hut unlimited buffet at £14.99; an occasion he enjoys with his housemate, competing to see who can eat the most slices. Thirteen is, he confirms, lightweight. Then it’s a chocolate brownie and ice cream for dessert.
