If your pet ever needs to stay with us for a procedure, you won't be left wondering. Our team will keep you updated throughout the day via WhatsApp – photos, videos and messages, so you always know they're in good hands. And once you're home, we'll check in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Anyone is welcome to message us for general advice. If your pet is already registered with us, we can go into more specific detail. For new clients, we may ask you to register so we can give the most accurate and responsible guidance – in line with RCVS guidelines.
