Whilst your pet is with us

If your pet ever needs to stay with us for a procedure, you won't be left wondering. Our team will keep you updated throughout the day via WhatsApp – photos, videos and messages, so you always know they're in good hands. And once you're home, we'll check in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Because for us, the care doesn't stop at the door.

The team behind the messages

  •  Anyone is welcome to message us for general advice. If your pet is already registered with us, we can go into more specific detail. For new clients, we may ask you to register so we can give the most accurate and responsible guidance – in line with RCVS guidelines.

  • Anything. A funny lump you've noticed. A change in appetite. A question about a medication. Help booking or changing an appointment. Our services, our prices – genuinely, anything. If it's on your mind, it's worth asking.

  • No appointment needed – just message us. If we think your pet needs to be seen, we'll tell you straight and help you get booked in. And if they don't, we'll give you advice on what to do at home.

  • Our wonderful front of house team will be answering your messages. Real people, real expertise – the same faces you'd see if you walked through our door.

  • WhatsApp is brilliant for advice and peace of mind – but if your pet is in a medical emergency, please call us or your nearest emergency practice straight away. Some situations need to be handled in person without delay.
