If your pet ever needs to stay with us for a procedure, our team can help keep you updated throughout the day via WhatsApp, with photos, videos and messages, so you can feel reassured they’re in good hands. And once you’re home, we may also check in to see how everything is going.

Anyone is welcome to message us for general advice. If your pet is already registered with us, we can go into more specific detail. For new clients, we may ask you to register so we can give the most accurate and responsible guidance – in line with RCVS guidelines.
